Slicio is the company we started in our Mundelein High School Incubator class: three seniors and a junior. Here’s who’s who.

Logan Holby
Founder & CEO
Logan is a senior at Mundelein High School. He started his first company, the apparel brand LYFTED, in 8th grade, and he is the founder and CEO of Nexus Pen, an AI smart pen that won Pitch Night 2026. At Slicio he leads the team and the business plan.

Christian Saucedo
COO
Christian is a senior at Mundelein High School studying cybersecurity and IT, and he works part-time as a service advisor. At Slicio he handles operations, service standards and launch planning.

Antonino “Nino” Maniscalco
CMO
Nino is a senior at Mundelein High School. He loves to cook and plans to open his own restaurant one day. At Slicio he leads marketing and the brand, and our recipes are tested in his Ooni pizza oven.

CFO
Connor is a junior at Mundelein High School and also works for Wise Choice Remodeling & Painting. At Slicio he manages the finances: pricing, food costs and the budget.
